TEDx Talk | Continuously Reinventing Yourself
This was a very personal and vulnerable talk where I used the engineering design cycle to highlight the importance of failure and growth-mindset to overcome any challenge like a true engineer.
Artemus Labs | prosthetic leg for a child in the philippines
Used the prize money earned from competing in the CSULB Pitchfest ($750) & the Galileo Innovation challenge ($150) to provide a child in need of a prosthetic in the provincial Philippines. His name is Nino and he is a Transtibial lower-limb amputee who did not have a prosthetic prior to meeting us. Most individuals with amputations have make-shift prosthetics made of trash and scrap wood.
Innovation Challenge Pitch Graphics
Aside from organizing the pitch for the Innovation Challenge, I designed the slides and pages to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to the audience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Powerpoint. Below is a sample of some of the pages I created.

ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOTIC ARM
Project Manager of the Mechanical & Haptics of the Anthropomorphic Robotic Arm team associated with CSULB Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society. The 3D printed, robotic arm will be able to mimic the movement of the user wearing the glove wirelessly. This is done by using several components such as an arduino, XBee, servo motors, and flex sensors.
Augmented reality application for individuals with amputations
Developing an augmented reality application to assist individuals in the amputee community to preview the Artemus Labs breathable liner in AR. The user can also customize the liner both in appearance and functionality. Markers can be placed to identify sensitive areas of a residual limb. The graphics below are created using Sketch.
vr/ar Unity 3d development
First project from Circuit Stream's VR/AR development program to create a scene in Unity 3D. Currently in the process of creating a VR/AR application to benefit individuals with amputations.

ARTEMUS LABS WEBSITE
Developed a working website using Bootstrap for a start-up company, Artemus Labs. I also designed the logo using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CC, and took the photos on the page with my Canon M3 Mirrorless Camera.
PROJECT UPGRADE WEB SERIES
A six episode web series where I worked alongside women engineers from NASA, Google, and Disney Imagineer building a "magic mirror" to encourage young girls to pursue careers in STEM.
TEDX CONFERENCE
I presented my undergraduate research, Design Improvements of a Vibrotactile Device for Prosthetic Rehabilitation Training to individuals attending TEDx.
DESIGNING, BUILDING, AND LAUNCHING ROCKETS
I've built rockets for an annual rocketry event in the Mojave Desert, ROC Stock. I also mentored students from Long Beach Cabrillo High School's Aerospace & Rocketry Club and taught them how to build rockets using a simulation program called OpenRocket.
Building a 3D-Printer
Self raised money & built a personal 3D-Printer with the help of the Long Beach Makers Society. Eventually fundraised to teach students from Long Beach Polytechnic High School how to build a 3D-printer for their peers to use.
